Pulsar Helium Inc - White Rock, Canada-based resource company targeting helium in the US and Greenland - Files preliminary short form base shelf prospectus with securities regulatory authorities in Canada. Says when made final, the prospectus will enable it to issue and offer a mix of financial instruments up to an aggregate offering amount of USD50.0 million over a 25-month period. Notes that these include common shares, debt securities, warrants, subscription receipts and units. Adds that it has no existing plan to raise capital, with no certainty the securities will be offered or sold under the prospectus during its term.

Current stock price: 50.00 pence, down 11% on Thursday afternoon in London

12-month change: up 82%
