PRS REIT PLC - real estate investment trust focusing on new-build family homes for the private rental market - Acquires three of five targeted sites for combined gross development cost of GBP60.3 million and are expected to deliver 383 new homes with an estimated rental value of GBP3.6 million per annum.
The two remaining sites are scheduled to be acquired during the first half of 2022.
