Providence Resources PLC - operator of Barryroe oil and gas project offshore Ireland - Says appraisal well at Barryroe is key next step which will be undertaken in 2023. Assuming a positive outcome, company will proceed to first production in 2026. This will initially be focused on the central area in Barryroe only.
Lansdowne Oil & Gas PLC - Dublin-based exploration company - notes the announcement. Lansdowne has a 20% interest in Barryroe.
