IN BRIEF: Proteome Sciences amends loan, gets extra year to pay back

Proteome Sciences PLC - drug development services provider - Agrees to amend loan with Vulpes Investment Management Private Ltd where it, and all accrued interest, is now repayable on May 1, 2022, instead of previously being owed on May 1, 2021. All other terms of the loan remain the same as announced in July 2018, including that interest will accrue at the annual rate of 2.5% above the UK sterling base rate of Barclays Bank. Signed GBP1 million with VIM in the summer of 2018 and notes GBP700,000 is currently drawn.

Non-Executive Director Martin Diggle is a director and partner of VIM. Company also notes VIM manages the Vulpes Life Sciences Fund, which holds a 22% stake in Proteome Sciences.
