Primary Health Properties PLC - London-based healthcare facilities investor - Buys Peak Health Solutions Ltd, whose sole asset is the Lambgates Health Centre in Glossop, Derbyshire. Primary Health pays GBP5 million to acquire Peak Health. The property is fully-let to a GP practice, "providing 100% government backed income". Company adds: "PHP's portfolio now comprises a total of 518 assets, of which 20 are in Ireland, with a contracted rent roll of overGBP139 million."
