President Energy PLC - energy company with assets focused primarily in South America - Says steps continuing to be made over spin-out of Atome Energy PLC, a green hydrogen and ammonia production company. Atome is to float on London's AIM market. "It is expected that further announcements will be made during the course of November both in respect of Atome and also the referred to dividend in specie in respect of President's shares in Atome," President Energy adds. Also notes announcement from Atome. Atome says "material increases" in fossil fuel costs make its form of hydrogen production more attractive. Leeds-based Atome eyes "commencing first phase production by end 2023".
