President Energy PLC - oil & gas company focussed on Latin America - Completes its farm-out of the Pirity Concession, Paraguay. Farm-out to Taiwan state-owned CPC Corp has now fully completed and CPC and President, through their subsidiary companies, now have an equal 50/50 interest in the Pirity Concession. President is continuing as operator. "Both CPC and President look forward to the drilling of the exploration well at the Delray Complex within the Concession," says President.
Current stock price: 2.5 pence, up 4.2% on Thursday
