Predator Oil & Gas Holdings PLC places - Jersey-based oil and gas company with near-term gas operations in Morocco - Issues 19.1 million new ordinary shares to raise GBP1.4 million at a price of 0.057 pence each. Placing is to advance an investment for a compressed natural gas development.
Receives aggregate GBP1.6 million from exercise notices from Executive Chair Paul Griffiths and Managing Director Lonny Baumgardner for 11.2 million and 7.9 million shares respectively.
