Power Metal Resources PLC - metals exploration company focused in North America, Africa and Australia - Signs agreement with consulting geologist David Knopf to explore uranium prospects in Togo, West Africa.
Also plans to establish a wholly-owned operating subsidiary in Togo, to act as a holding company for Togo uranium interests.
Notes, should David Knopf find any suitable targets, it will have to pay EUR100,000 in cash and EUR200,000 in shares should it mine the target.
Current stock price: 0.99 pence, down 12% on Wednesday
