Plexus Holdings PLC - Aberdeen-based oil and gas engineering services business - Says issue of 1.6 million loan notes to each of OFM Investments Ltd, an entity connected to Chief Executive Ben van Bilderbeek's family, and to Jeff Thrall, non-executive director, provided company with additional working capital as it seeks to capitalise on the increasing pipeline of opportunities within its markets. Plexus says following discussions with noteholders, agrees to redeem loan notes with an aggregate value of GBP849,992.
