IN BRIEF: Placing of 3.9% stake in Helios Towers raises GBP64 million

Helios Towers PLC - London-based telecom tower owner - Helios Investment Partners Fund II via Lath Holdings Ltd sells its entire remaining stake in Helios Towers PLC. The 41.3 million shares, representing a 3.9% stake, include shares of limited partners. They are placed by BofA Securities and Jefferies International Ltd at 154 pence each, raising GBP63.6 million. The share sale, first announced after the London market close on Monday, sees Helios Investment Partners Fund II fully exit from Helios Towers, though other limited partners, representing about 20 individuals and entities, continue to hold about 14 million shares. Helios Towers buys back 10% of the placing shares, 4.1 million in total, for cancellation as part of its ongoing share buyback programme.

Current stock price: 162.40p, up 0.3% in London on Tuesday
