PipeHawk PLC - Hampshire, England-based provider of technology solutions to highways, automotive, rail and aerospace industries - Says its Finance Director Soumitra Pathmaranie Padmanathan is to step down, after six years with the company. Padmanathan will remain in the position until June 30.
PipeHawk says it will now commence the search process to find a successor.
Chair Gordon Watt says: "On behalf of everyone at PipeHawk, I would like to thank Mithi for her invaluable contribution over the past six years. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours."
Current stock price: 16.10 pence, down 5.3% in London on Tuesday
12-month change: More than doubled from 7.75p
