Phoenix Spree Deutschland Ltd - London-based investor specialising in Berlin residential real estate - Says its portfolio was valued at EUR552.8 million as at December 31, up 0.8% from EUR548.3 million a year ago. "The market correction of the past two years seems to be ending. PRS building prices are stabilising, and transaction volumes began recovering in late 2024, albeit from low levels. However, any recovery will likely be gradual," the company says. It will release 2024 results on April 29.
