Phoenix Copper Ltd - Idaho, US-based base and precious metals producer - Says the open offer was 16% oversubscribed and accordingly it has raised GBP2.0 million. Total gross proceeds of GBP18.4 million were raised through placing, subscription and open offer. Following admission of new shares, the company will have 116.2 million shares overall.
