Personal Group Holdings PLC - Milton Keynes-based employee benefits and services provider - Announces strategic partnership with UK healthcare services and cash plan provider Simplyhealth "to strengthen employee wellbeing across the UK". Personal says the collaboration will enable it to deliver face-to-face employee engagement for Simplyhealth's 12,000 business relationships, supporting both organisations' insurance plan sales. Says these include its employee‑paid plans and Simplyhealth's healthcare and dental plans, creating "a holistic proposition for employers". "This is Personal Group's second insurance partnership, providing accelerated access to UK employees within core sectors, augmenting the group's expansion opportunity," the company says.
"Both companies are committed to improving the health and financial resilience of employees," says Personal's Chief Executive Officer Paula Constant, "and by bringing together Simplyhealth's everyday healthcare solutions with Personal Group's financial protection products and our unique one‑to‑one engagement model, we can make a real and measurable difference to people's lives.
