Pensana PLC - London-based rare earths miner - Starts early stage development of rare earth processing hub at the Saltend Chemicals Park in the Humber Freeport, Yorkshire. The plant would be the first major rare earth separation facility to be constructed in over a decade, Pensana says. Tax and customs rules for the Humber Freeport are being decided, but are expected to provide a combination of benefits enabling rapid development and frictionless international trade.
