Path Investments PLC - energy and natural resources investment company - Inks deal to acquire 25% stake in DT Ultravert from Diversion Technologies LLC, through the issue of 10.0 million Path shares and 5.0 million warrants with exercise price of 1.5p per share.
Still looking to acquire 75% interest in DT Ultravert from Zoetic International PLC, as well as Kansas Land leases.
Current stock price: 0.75 pence
