IN BRIEF: Papillon Reorganises Board Amid Mayflower Deal

Papillon Holdings PLC - asset manager - Notes, as part of Mayflower Capital Investments deal, William Monson will become non-executive chair of company. Monson is currently a non-executive director, and he is replacing James Longley, who will stay on as chief financial officer. Papillon also notes three new directors will also be joining the company's board including Robbie McCrae, who will join as an executive director and Elena Clarici and Gerard Kisby-Green who will both join as non-executive directors. Mayflower will continue to advise Papillon, focusing on identifying and negotiating potential acquisitions of advanced and producing gold projects in East Africa.

Papillon is buying Mayflower, which has recently acquired Kilimapesa Gold Ltd from London-listed Goldplat PLC.
