IN BRIEF: Pan African Resources set to list ZAR800 million green bond

9th Dec 2022 13:54

Pan African Resources PLC - Rosebank-headquartered gold producer - Says its green bond will be listed in South Africa on Tuesday next week. The listing follows an oversubscribed bookbuild for the secured sustainability-linked bond on Thursday. The gold miner will issue bonds to the value of ZAR800 million. This is part of its ZAR5-billion domestic medium-term note programme.

"We are delighted to be the first mining company to issue a sustainability-linked bond in the South African market.
