Oxford Metrics PLC - Oxford-based software provider - Three executives sell total of 2.9 million shares in company "for personal financial and estate planning purposes and following strong institutional demand".
Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Bolton sells 600,000 shares at 110 pence each, GBP660,000 in total. Chief Financial Officer David Deacon sells 1.3 million shares at same price, GBP1.4 million in total. Company Secretary Cathy Robertson sells 1.0 million shares, also at 110p, GBP1.1 million in total.
Following the disposals, Bolton now holds a 1.9% stake, while Deacon has a 0.2% holding. Robertson has a 0.5% stake.
