Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies Holdings PLC - cannabinoid medicines-focused pharmaceutical firm - Hires Paul Smalley as the new group finance director, effective from today. Says he will succeed Karen Lowe, who pans to stepd down from the board and leave the firm on October 31.
Smalley joins from clinical trials management company Panthera Biopartners Ltd, where he was a finance director. "He has more than 25 years' UK and international financial experience including strategic management capabilities gained across a wide range of market sectors, with expertise extending to IT, HR and procurement", Oxford Cannabinoid says.
In August, Lowe said she would step down from her role after a year at the firm, in order to focus on her consultancy business.
Current stock price: 0.56 pence, down 1.7% on Monday morning in London.
