IN BRIEF: Oxford BioDynamics Hires Baden Hill Partner As New Chair

Oxford BioDynamics PLC - biotechnology firm focused on discovery and development of epigenetic biomarkers - Appoints Matthew Wakefield as non-executive chair with immediate effect, replacing Peter Pack, who is stepping down to move back to Germany.

In 2011, Wakefield set up the broking partnership Baden Hill LLP, where he will remain as a partner and shareholder. He started as a fund manager at London-based insurer and pensions manager Legal & General PLC, before moving into broking at Tokyo-based Nomura Holdings Inc. Wakefield worked at London stock broker Collins Stewart Hawkpoint Ltd from 1992 to 2004, where he was head of sales.
