Oriole Resources PLC - exploration company operating in Africa and Europe - Says gold now confirmed at all four prospects at the Bibemi gold project in Cameroon. The results form part of Oriole's recently completed maiden diamond drilling programme at its 51%-owned Bibemi site. The findings from Bibemi support the "potential for large-scale mineralisation" at the project, Oriole notes.
"We are extremely pleased that the maiden diamond drill programme at Bibemi has been so successful, returning multiple gold intersections in over half of the holes," comments
Chief Executive Tim Livesey.
"In addition to the wider mineralised intervals, we see evidence of higher grades in some holes, reflecting the likelihood of a nugget gold effect, and in some cases there are multiple parallel sets of veins in a single hole."
In the second quarter, Oriole completed its maiden drilling programme at Bibemi to test four key prospects: Bakassi Zone 1, Bakassi Zone 2, Lawa West and Lawa East.
