Oriole Resources PLC - London-based gold exploration company, focused on an early stage exploration project in Cameroon and Senala gold project in Senegal - Says exploration at central licence package project in Cameroon confirms presence of pegmatite veins within granitoids at Ndom and Gamboukou licence areas. Says Ndom and Gamboukou are being assessed for their potential to host hard rock lithium.
Chief Executive Officer Tim Livesey says: "Whilst it's good to get consistent lithium results on the samples taken to date, we do need to complete further analyses and mineralogical studies to begin to understand better the initiation point for the original anomaly.
"We will continue to run our lithium investigations in parallel and remain open to any investment interest at a project level from any lithium specialist exploration groups."
Current stock price: 0.18 pence, up 0.8% on Friday
