OPG Power Ventures PLC - Indian power plant operator - Re-appoints Mike Grasby, as a non-executive director. Grasby, whose new appointment is with immediate effect, was non-executive director from OPG's May 2008 admission to AIM until November 2019, having previously held senior positions in both the UK and international power sectors. These roles included with the Central Electricity Generating Board and National Power. He also managed Drax Power Station between 1991 and 1995 and was director of operations for National Power's portfolio until 1998. He then joined International Power as senior vice president, following the 1999 demerger of National Power. "Mr Grasby has experience of being a director of power companies in Portugal, Turkey and Pakistan," OPG notes.
