Onward Opportunities Ltd - UK smaller companies-focused investment firm - and Mission Group PLC - Devon, England-based owner of digital marketing and communications agencies - Onward acquires 6.3% of stake in Mission through purchase of 5.8 million shares worth total GBP1.2 million. Acquisition funded through existing company cash. In year ended December 31 Mission reported revenue of GBP86.3 million and adjusted pretax profit of GBP4.2 million. Mission net assets at December 31 were GBP76.4 million.
Onward current share price: 123.50 pence, closed up 1.2% in London on Friday

Mission current share price: 25.75 pence, closed down 1.0% in London on Friday
