Ondo InsurTech PLC - London-based claims prevention technology firm for home insurers - Non-Executive Director Andy Morrison sells 600,000 shares at a price of 30.0 pence each, worth GBP180,000, in London on Monday. Following the transaction, Morrison is now interested in 3.0 million shares, a 3.8% stake.
Commenting on the sales, Morrison says: "The shares sold today correspond to those purchased by me since admission of Ondo; the proceeds are now required to fund part redemption of a mortgage. I remain committed to the company and to my remaining holdings."
Current stock price: 32.85 pence, up 1.1% in London on Tuesday morning
12-month change: More than tripled from 8.13p
