Old Mutual Ltd - Cape Town-based investments, savings, insurance and banking company - Says that the verification and allocation process for its Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment ownership transaction, known as Old Mutual Bula Tsela, is ongoing. Shares are expected to be issued to successful retail offer applicants on November 25.
