Odyssean Investment Trust PLC - London-based smaller companies investment trust - Announces placing issue price of 174 pence per share, a 1.0% premium to cum-income net asset value per share at July 16. Had announced plan for placing and a separate Winterflood Retail Access Platform retail offer on Friday. Company commenced placing after receiving notice from an investor interested in Odyssean shares. Says placing and retail offer closed today, with results to be announced Thursday.
