Octopus Titan VCT PLC - London based venture capital trust - Sells gym & fitness-focused full stack software management platform Zappy Ltd to Arkansas, US-based software firm ABC Fitness Solutions LLC. Business-to-business software as a service provider Zappy trades under the name Glofox.
Sum remains undisclosed. Octopus Titan has invested GBP5.1 million in the business since 2019.
"Although the details of the transaction are not being disclosed, the transaction represents an attractive exit for the Titan shareholders," Octopus adds.
