Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC - London-based investor in mainly onshore wind and solar projects - Refinances portfolio of solar assets bought in July. Says new EUR125.7 million fully amortising debt facility was provided by Allied Irish Banks PLC, Societe Generale SA and La Banque Postale extends maturity date of financing by five years to December 2038. It also reduces ongoing interest costs, Octopus says. The loan has a margin of 1.25% above EURIBOR and it replaces a EUR99 million project finance facility.
