Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - investment vehicle offering access to Oakley Funds - Oakley Capital Fund II portfolio company Daisy Group has reached an agreement to sell its stake in its Digital Wholesale Solutions division to Inflexion Private Equity Partners, a London-based buyout and growth capital investor. Says Oakley Capital Investment's share of the transaction proceeds will be GBP22 million, with part of the total going towards the repayment of its outstanding GBP17 million direct loan with the group. Notes Oakley Capital Fund II will retain a 10% stake in Daisy Group following the sale.
