Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - investment vehicle - Notes Oakley Capital Fund III reached an agreement to sell its stake in Facile.it, an Italian online price comparison platform. Does not disclose consideration but notes that its share of the proceeds will be roughly GBP53 million. Says the sales represents a 23% premium to they carrying value as at March 31 and an uplift of roughly 6% to its net asset value.
Oakley Capital Investment is an investment vehicle that provides liquid access to private equity returns through investment in the Oakley funds, like Oakley Capital Fund III.
