Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - provider of exposure to the education, technology, consumer and business service sectors through investments in Oakley Capital funds - Oakley Capital Fund VI invests in Low Tides Holdings LLC, a partnership entity with luxury clothing and lifestyle brand James Perse. OCI estimates that its indirect contribution will total around GBP13 million via Fund VI, related to its share of Oakley's investment. Oakley says James Perse has an online presence and over 60 stores globally, and "has consistently generated strong revenue growth in recent years, driven by a loyal customer base and distinct brand identity". Says it will help the brand expand its global presence and marketing strategies.
