IN BRIEF: Norish changes name to Roebuck Food, shuffles leadership

Norish PLC - warehousing company - Changes name to Roebuck Food Group PLC following registry by Registrar of Companies in Ireland.

As a result of the name change, sale of Cold Stores business and return of capital, the company has appointed Dairy CEO Declan Morrissey as group chief executive officer with effect at the start of 2022, replacing Kieran Mahon.

In addition, Company Secretary Gerard Murphy will become finance director with effect on January 1, 2022, replacing Aidan Hughes.

"Now that we have disposed of the cold store division and are returning funds to shareholders, it is an opportune time to refresh the board and executive team, some of whom have been on the journey with the company for many years," says Executive Chair Ted O'Neill.

Year-to-date change: up 56%
