Nippon Active Value Fund PLC - Japan-focused investment firm - Reaches an agreement with investment advisors Rising Sun Management Ltd and Dalton Investments LLC. Dalton clients will now be able to invest in the shares of Japanese listed companies whose securities are already owned by Nippon Active, subject to approval by the Nippon Active board. The company will also be able to purchase securities held by Dalton's clients, subject to approval. Company explains this agreement is in addition to an existing arrangement with Rising Sun.
