NewRiver REIT PLC - real estate investment trust - Says its portfolio returned to capital growth in the second half. Attributes this to growth in Retail Parks and Core & Regeneration Shopping Centres. Expects full-year underlying funds from operations to be at the upper end of analysts' estimates, which range from GBP21.5 million to GBP27.1 million. Says it completed disposals in the value of GBP305 million since April 1. Says its disposal activity reduced net debt to GBP222 million at 31 March 2022 from GBP493 million on the same date a year before.
Current stock price: 96.80 pence, up 12% on Thursday
