Newmark Security PLC - security services provider - Says Paul Campbell-White has joined the company as chief financial officer. He will be appointed as a director of the company by Friday next week, following the announcement of its results for the year ended April 30. Graham Feltham has stepped down as group finance director and as a director of the board of Newmark, with immediate effect.
Newmark notes Campbell-White does not currently hold any directorships. Previously, he served as a director at Brave Bison Group PLC, Shed Media Ltd and Viral Management Ltd.
