BHP Group Ltd - Melbourne, Australia-based miner - Chair Ross McEwan buys 10,000 shares at AUD34.15, worth AUD341,537, about USD212,805, on Wednesday. McEwan, the former chief executive officer of National Australia Bank Ltd and Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC, now NatWest Group PLC, has been a BHP board member for a year and took over the chair from Ken MacKenzie last week.
