NetScientific PLC - healthcare intellectual property commercialisation group - Portfolio company PDS Biotechnology Corp to raise new capital through common stock offering. PDS to use the proceeds from the offering to fund working capital and general corporate purposes. NetScientific to invest GBP500,000 in the offering which will be financed with GBP400,000 from a loan facility agreement with AB Group Ltd and the remaining GBP100,000 from the company's internal resources.
