N Brown Group PLC - Manchester-based clothing and footwear retailer whose brands include JD Williams, Simply Be and Jacamo - Says Non-Executive Director Joshua Alliance, son of former chair & Non-Executive Director David Alliance, buys 355,000 shares at GBP0.4175 each on Monday, worth GBP148,213.
Separately, the company says Homa Alliance, wife of David Alliance, buys 640,000 shares at GBP0.40625 each, worth GBP260,000 on Friday.
David Alliance served as chair from 1968 to 2021. In total, they have bought 995,000 shares for GBP408,213.
Current stock price: 42.20 pence, down 1.2% on Tuesday afternoon in London
