Murray Income Trust PLC - Edinburgh-based investment company - Reduces and simplifies investment management fee agreement with abrdn Fund Managers Ltd. Recalculates annual fee to 0.35% of net assets up to GBP1.1 billion and 0.25% of any net assets above that. Fee had been 0.55% on the first GBP350 million in net assets, 0.45% on net assets from GBP350 million to GBP450 million and 0.25% on net assets above GBP450 million. Changes were made effective July 1. "We believe that this is a competitive fee in the universe of UK equity income funds and should prove attractive to both existing and potential shareholders," says Chair Peter Tait.
