Mountview Estates PLC - London-headquartered property manager - Shareholders revolt over re-election of Non-Executive Chair Mhairi Powell and Non-Executive Director Tony Archibald. Over 32% of shareholders voted against Powell's re-election, while over 30% were against Archibald's re-appointment. Shareholders also showed disapproval of the company's director remuneration policy, with over 30% voting against it. On top of that, over 30% voted against the re-appointment of BSG as the company's auditors. Mountview said it was "disappointed" by the votes.
"The directors intend to engage with shareholders to obtain feedback on their concerns and will publish an update on that engagement within six months of the date of the annual general meeting," Mountview added.
