Monks Investment Trust PLC - Edinburgh-based investment trust - Says Randeep Grewal will be appointed as chair at its annual general meeting on September 9. Grewal will replace Karl Sternberg, who has made the decision to retire. Non-executive director Dina Chaya has also decided to step down, effective from January 31. The company says it intends to find a replacement by the AGM in September.
Current stock price: 1,313.20 pence each, up 0.6% on Wednesday morning in London
