Molten Ventures PLC - London-based venture capital investor in high-growth technology companies - Says Numis Securities on its behalf purchased 82,211 shares at an average price of 413.18 pence each, on Monday in London. Transaction was pursuant to Molten Ventures' GBP10 million share buyback programme, announced in late July. Company consequently confirms the completion of the programme, through which it has repurchased in total 2.6 million shares representing around 1.4% of its issued share capital. Buyback was financed through Molten Ventures' existing cash resources.
