Molten Ventures PLC - London-based venture capital firm - Completes placing and subscription in conjunction with offer via London-based investment platform PrimaryBid Ltd, announced on Monday and closed on Tuesday afternoon. Says 888,888 new shares have been subscribed for at 270 pence each pursuant to the PrimaryBid offer, and 21.3 million shares in total have been subscribed for at the same price. Raises gross proceeds of GBP57.4 million. New shares represent approximately 13.9% of its existing issued share capital. Company expects dealings in new shares to commence on December 15.
