Mitie Group PLC - London-based strategic outsourcing and energy services - Gets acceptances for 752.2 million shares, approximately 93% offered in 11 for 5 rights issue at 25 pence each. Joint global coordinators for the right issue Jefferies International Ltd and JP Morgan Cazenove place remaining 52.9 million shares at 31p. Raises GBP204 million in total.
