IN BRIEF: Mission Group top board duo retire and sell some shares

Mission Group PLC - Devon-based creative and marketing technology agency - David Morgan will retire as executive chair from September 30. Deputy Chair Robert Day will retire at the same time, both having led Mission for 10 years. Non-Executive Director Julian Hanson-Smith will step up to non-executive chair, while James Clifton remains chief executive. Morgan and Day sell 3.0 million shares in total at 80 pence each, worth GBP2.4 million, on Thursday last week. Morgan now has 4.8 million shares, a 5.3% stake, and Day 4.1 million.

Current stock price: 80.39 pence, down 1.4% on Tuesday

Year-to-date change: up 34%
