Mirriad Advertising PLC - London-based virtual product placement and in-content advertising platform - Confirms James Black has been appointed non-executive director and chair elect, with immediate effect.
In addition, provides update on subscription for shares by Chief Executive Officer Stephan Beringer, Chief Financial Officer Nic Hellyer, Black and fellow Non-Executive Director Bob Head. In total, says the four subscribe for shares worth total GBP180,000 at 1.25 pence each.
Beringer subscribes for 3.2 million shares and now owns 4.4 million shares, about 0.4% of enlarged share capital. Hellyer subscribes for 1.6 million shares, having previously held none, for about 0.2% of enlarged share capital. Head subscribes for 318,600 shares now owning 1.9 million, also about 0.2% of enlarged capital. Black buys 240,000 shares, bringing his total share capital to 8.2 million, about 0.8% of enlarged capital.
