Microsaic Systems PLC - developer of real-time mass spectrometers, serving the chemical and biological markets - Says accounts for 2023 will not be ready to be published by the end of June, the deadline for under the AIM rules for companies. Is working diligently to support the completion of its audit and expects to publish the accounts by the end of July. As a result, expects shares to be suspended with effect from July 1.
